5-axis Machining
Our UMC 500 is capable of full motion 5-axis machining, allowing us to machine complex contours. The 5-axis capability also allows us to machine up to 5 sides of a part without repositioning, for faster cycle times and more accurate results.
DM2 Machining Center
With a high rpm spindle, an ultra-fast tool changer, and fast accelerations, this machine is ideal for machining complex aluminum parts.
Renishaw Probes
Most of our machines are equipped with Renishaw Probes. Similar to the probes on a CMM, they allow very precise tool offsets and on-the-fly inspection, providing our customers with exceptionally precise results.
Through Spindle Coolant
Through Spindle Coolant delivers coolant precisely where it is needed most, cooling the cutting edge and flushing chips from the cutting area. It is especially useful when drilling very deep holes found in many manifolds and valve blocks.
